We are TwiceBox (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our“), a Digital Communication Agency registered in Morocco at Boulevard de la Résistance &, Bd de Londres, Casablanca, Casablanca 20250.

We operate the website https://www.twicebox.com (the “Site“), and provide various related digital communication, marketing, and content management services (collectively, the “Services“).

TwiceBox specializes in Graphic Design, Website Development, Digital Marketing, and content creation. Our Services include the use of our proprietary platform, Postiz (the “Platform”), which is utilized by our agency staff to manage and post content to our clients’ third-party social media accounts.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” – typically a client authorizing our services), and TwiceBox, concerning your access to and use of the Services.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

1. The Postiz Platform and Third-Party Compliance (CRITICAL)

A. Our Agency Service

The Postiz Platform is an internal tool leveraged by TwiceBox to provide professional social media management services to our clients. By authorizing us to connect your social media accounts (including TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube), you grant TwiceBox the limited, revocable right to access your accounts via API tokens solely for the purpose of scheduling and publishing content as agreed upon in our separate service contract.

B. Third-Party Platform Compliance (Mandatory for Review)

• You are responsible for all content posted: All content, data, and information provided by you (the client) for posting via Postiz are considered User-Generated Contributions (defined below). You warrant that all such content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Adherence to External Terms: By using our Services to connect to and post on third-party platforms (like TikTok), you agree to be bound by the respective Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and policies of those specific platforms.

• Liability: TwiceBox is not responsible for any direct or indirect consequences (including, but not limited to, content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning) that result from the content published through Postiz that violates the policies of a third-party social media platform.

2. User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you are at least 18 years old; (2) you have the full authority to enter into these Legal Terms; and (3) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation, including the terms of any third-party social media platform.

3. User-Generated Contributions

Contributions (content provided by you or your representatives for posting) may be viewable by the public through third-party websites (e.g., TikTok). By providing Contributions for posting, you affirm that:

• You are the sole creator and owner of the Contributions, or you have the necessary licenses and rights to use and authorize us to post the Contributions on your behalf.

• The Contributions do not infringe on any third party’s proprietary rights, including copyright, patent, or trademark.

• The Contributions do not violate the Community Guidelines or Content Policies of the social media platform to which they are posted.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services, or provide Contributions for posting, in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws, regulations, or the specific terms of the integrated social media platforms. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting content that violates the Community Guidelines of TikTok, Facebook, or any other connected platform.

• Systematically retrieving data from Postiz to create or compile a separate database or directory.

• Posting or transmitting any illegal, harassing, harmful, defamatory, obscene, bullying, abusive, or discriminatory content.

• Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Services.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services (TwiceBox website and the Postiz Platform). You, as the client, retain all ownership rights to the User-Generated Contributions (the content, videos, and images) that we post on your behalf.

6. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

TwiceBox is not responsible for any downtime, technical issues, or actions taken by third-party social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) that may affect the functionality of Postiz or result in the suspension, deletion, or restriction of your connected social media accounts.
